Initiate Your Request
Log into your Super Communications account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
